SoloHum

Privacy policy

Last updated 7 October 2026. Draft: written from how the system works today, not yet reviewed by counsel.

SoloHum is operated by Kevin Elliott (“SoloHum”, “we”). This policy says what personal data SoloHum handles, why, and what your rights are.

Who this covers

People who use SoloHum (account holders) and people who leave an email on the early-access list. SoloHum deliberately does not store personal data about your customers: see the security page.

What we collect and why

  • Your email address, to sign you in and to send the briefs and notices you ask for. Legal basis: performing the service you asked for.
  • Early-access emails, to tell you when access opens and what it costs. One list, no sequence, no sharing; reply to be removed.
  • Data you connect from your business tools, read-only, to show you the state of your businesses. Legal basis: the service.
  • Technical logs (request metadata, errors) kept by our hosting providers for operation and security, for their standard retention.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data, show advertising, or use your data to train models. We do not store your customers’ names, emails or payment details.

Sub-processors

Your rights

You can see everything SoloHum holds about you in the product, change your settings, disconnect any source (which deletes what was read from it), and delete your account. If you are in the EU/EEA, UK or a jurisdiction with similar rights, you also have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection; write to privacy@solohum.com.

Changes

Changes are dated at the top of this page and, when material, announced in the product.
