SoloHum

Terms of service

Last updated 7 October 2026. Draft: written from how the system works today, not yet reviewed by counsel.

These terms cover use of SoloHum. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

SoloHum reads data from tools you connect and shows you the state of your businesses. It is informational. It does not change anything in a connected tool except where you explicitly grant a separate write permission for a named action.

Your account

You are responsible for the credentials you connect and for using read-only scopes where the provider offers them. You may only connect tools you are entitled to connect.

Plans and payment

Pricing is not yet set. Until it is, SoloHum is free to the people invited to early access. When plans ship, prices will be shown before any charge and anyone subscribed before a price rise keeps their price.

Availability and accuracy

SoloHum is provided as is. It reports what it could read; stale or unreadable data is shown as “no signal”, never as healthy. You remain responsible for your businesses and for decisions you make.

Ending the service

You can disconnect any source or delete your account at any time. SoloHum may suspend an account that abuses the service or a connected provider’s terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, SoloHum is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, unless a mandatory consumer law where you live says otherwise.
